YoungBlood’s work/study program is simple. We wanted to make training more affordable for students, and we have a lot of work to do around the place. So if you need a break on your tuition you can apply for tuition relief in exchange for elbow grease.

Actors are  focused hard-working people. But we don’t all have money. Here’s the deal.

When you sign up for a course there will be a link in the right hand column which has a work/study button. Just click on it and fill in a form to apply for £50 back from your tuition in exchange for 7 hours of your time doing cleaning, admin, sword polishing, etc.

The form is designed to quickly identify what you are already naturally good at. We look at what you have experience in, what you like doing, and feel energized by. After all, there is nothing worse than being matched with tasks you hate doing. We also want to know how your schedule works: If you are keen to come in early or stay late after training, or come in on another day altogether.

We can’t always guarantee that we will have work which matches you perfectly, or even any work at all, but we figure this is the best way we can continue to deliver high quality and low-cost training.
